How long till my order is here?

Due to the fact that we use specific materials for each order and everything is handmade, each order takes an estimated 2-4 weeks before being shipped. We always strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. However, if there are holidays or deadlines, we will make an extra effort to ensure that your order is delivered on time. Please note that providing more choices means that there may be a longer wait time. Thank you for your understanding.

Why can't I pick up my order?

If you are located in San Diego, CA or plan on picking up directly from us, we would like to offer you a promotional code for a complimentary in-person pickup of your order at the Connect San Diego Gallery in Ocean Beach, San Diego, CA. Please email us at your earliest convenience to receive the code. Please note that this offer excludes shipping and handling fees, and your order will not be shipped if this option is selected.
